Tin Men Capital leads USD 2.7 million pre-Series A investment in Ailytics

Ailytics, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered video analytics solutions for operational safety and productivity, has secured USD 2.7 million in an oversubscribed pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by Tin Men Capital.

Founded in 2021, Ailytics has developed a proprietary solution that taps into existing cameras to provide real-time actionable insights related to safety, security, and productivity. Its technology enables 3D analytics using a 2D video feed from cameras, facilitating the deployment of complex use cases such as calculating danger zones under heavy load and estimating fixed radii around hazardous equipment. The company said that this solution is viable even with low-resolution cameras and in harsh environments.

LinkAja secures investment from Mitsui & Co.

LinkAja, an Indonesian digital payment platform, has secured an undisclosed amount of investment from Mitsui & Co.

According to a statement by LinkAja, this milestone marks the inaugural investment by a global entity in the company. LinkAja added that this tie-up will allow its ecosystem to explore collaborations with Mitsui, concurrently fostering the development of the latter’s digital finance business.

Hyoshii Farm raises pre-seed funding from angel investors

Hyoshii Farm, a tech-enabled agriculture company, has raised an undisclosed amount of pre-seed funding from a consortium of angel investors, comprising private conglomerates from various industries. The founders also took part in the round, making independent investments.

According to DailySocial, Hyoshii Farm will use the newly raised capital to further develop its production facilities, including the construction of a greenhouse, and invest in R&D.

  • Boya RealScene Technologies, a Beijing-based intelligent video solutions provider, has secured a nine-figure RMB sum in a Series A funding round led by JZ Capital. 36Kr
  • Guangyan Technology, a Hangzhou-based developer of automatic wafer defect inspection systems, has raised an eight-figure RMB sum in a pre-Series A round of financing. The round was jointly led by Shenzhen HTI Group and Haitong-Fortis Fund.   • Core Control (Coctrl), a Hangzhou-based provider of integrated solutions for smart manufacturing companies, has secured nearly RMB 100 million (USD 13.8 million) in a Series B funding round. Ally Capital led this investment, with participation from Yima Capital (Hundsun Technologies). 36Kr
  • SynMetabio, a Shanghai-based biotechnology company specializing in cultivated leather, has closed a pre-Series A round of financing, bagging an eight-figure RMB sum.
