Tevo secures USD 10 million in non-dilutive user acquisition financing
Tevo, a Vietnam-based company, has secured USD 10 million in non-dilutive user acquisition financing from Singapore-based PvX Partners. The facility will be used to scale user acquisition across Tevo’s portfolio without requiring the company to issue equity.
Tevo operates around 45 consumer and artificial intelligence apps spanning work utilities, education, and entertainment. The financing will support expansion in priority markets, increased marketing spending on user cohorts that have demonstrated product-market fit, and further investment in AI-native product features.
Founder and CEO Thanh Luu said the facility gives Tevo additional capital to scale products that are already working while preserving ownership.
N&E Innovations raises around USD 1.7 million in Series A funding
N&E Innovations, a Singapore-based biotech company, has raised approximately USD 1.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Australian agrifood investor Tundra Capital. SGInnovate, Radical Fund, Archipelago VC, and SG7 Group also participated, alongside existing backers Cercano, Seeds Capital, Elev8 Capital, and Qian Hu Corporation.
Founded in 2020 by biomedical scientist Didi Gan, N&E develops Vikang99, an edible antimicrobial ingredient derived from upcycled agricultural byproducts such as discarded cashew nut husks. The company said the ingredient can slow bacterial and mold growth, extending the shelf life of fresh produce by up to four times.
N&E uses the ingredient in antimicrobial food packaging, plant-based cleaning products, and post-harvest treatments. Its customers include Singapore Airlines and supermarket chain Sheng Siong.
The proceeds will support expansion across these three application areas, as well as regulatory programs, international market entry, and team growth.
Lightsage raises USD 4 million to build growth infrastructure for AI agents
Lightsage, a Singapore-founded startup, has raised USD 4 million in a round led by Nexus Venture Partners to develop what it calls an “agent-led growth” platform that helps software companies understand how AI agents discover, evaluate, and use their products.
Co-founded by Singaporeans Jun Liang Lee and Sean Er, who serve as CEO and CTO, respectively, Lightsage evaluates how software performs across interfaces used by AI agents, including APIs, software development kits, command-line interfaces, MCP servers, and agent skills. It also analyzes agent traffic to identify where agents encounter problems and whether their interactions lead to product usage.
The company will use the funding to expand its agent evaluation, analytics, attribution, and optimization capabilities, as well as grow its technical and commercial teams. It plans to move beyond developer tools as AI agents increasingly interact directly with other types of B2B software, infrastructure, and payment products.
