Singapore’s dtcpay closes Series A round with SBI Group joining as strategic investor

dtcpay, a Singapore-headquartered payment services company, has completed its USD 25 million Series A funding round, with Japan’s SBI Group joining as a strategic investor. Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India initially led the round in April.

SBI Group invested through SBI Ventures Asset and the SBI-NTU-Kyobo Digital Innovation Fund. Genedant Capital and existing investor Kwee Liong Tek also participated.

dtcpay provides payment infrastructure that connects stablecoins with traditional financial services, allowing businesses and individuals to accept, hold, and transact in stablecoins.

The company said the additional capital will support the expansion of its product suite and merchant network, as well as its entry into new regulated markets. It is also developing a revamped business portal for enterprise customers and new consumer features for its app.

01F Group invests in Indonesian digital finance platform Dana

01F Group has invested an undisclosed amount in Dana, an Indonesian digital wallet and financial services platform, through its growth-stage fintech private equity arm, 01Fintech.

Dana serves consumers, merchants, and financial institutions through an integrated platform, including users outside Indonesia’s major metropolitan areas. The companies said 01Fintech will use its sector expertise and regional network to support Dana’s growth and the expansion of its financial services.

The companies also plan to explore ways to connect micro, small, and medium enterprises on Dana with lending and working capital solutions. They intend to broaden access to products such as microinsurance, digital savings, and wealth building tools, while exploring cross-border payment services for Indonesian merchants and consumers.

Xora leads USD 53 million follow-on seed investment in Hang Ten Systems

Xora, a Temasek-backed fund, has led an additional USD 53 million seed investment in Hang Ten Systems, bringing the enterprise artificial intelligence services company’s total funding to USD 85 million. Mayfield, which led Hang Ten’s first seed round, and Aramco Ventures also participated.

The two seed rounds closed five weeks apart. Hang Ten said it signed several contracts during that period, including advisory and software development engagements with large enterprises. Its customers include Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, and it is also working with Aramco on applications across several business functions.

Hang Ten uses agentic code generation, a reusable skills library, and domain expertise to build and operate enterprise software. Its work spans software development, finance and analytics, enterprise migrations, and human resources.

The company will use the additional capital to increase delivery capacity, expand its engineering and consulting teams, and continue developing its platform, infrastructure, and agentic skills library. Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang has also joined its board.

Motion Ventures joins Isometric’s expanded Series A round

Singapore-based Motion Ventures has joined Isometric’s Series A round, which has expanded to USD 50 million. Intercontinental Exchange, the operator of the New York Stock Exchange, also joined the round, which was initially announced at USD 40 million in June.

Other new participants include Acario Innovation, BY Venture Partners, Dubai Future District Fund, Earth VC, One Capital, Plug and Play, Verb Ventures, and Legora founder Max Junestrand. AVP led the Series A, with Lowercarbon Capital, Plural, John Doerr, and Walter Kortschak also participating.

The expanded round brings Isometric’s total seed and Series A funding to USD 75 million.

Isometric develops certification infrastructure for industrial projects. Its Certify platform uses AI alongside independent verifiers to assess data supporting claims made to customers, investors, and regulators. The company began in carbon removal and has since expanded into industrial emissions, energy, fuels, and materials.

Isometric said it will use Intercontinental Exchange’s backing and expertise in market infrastructure and data to support its expansion across the industrial economy.

Recent deals completed in China:

  • RobotPlusPlus, a Beijing-based developer of robots for working-at-height and other hazardous industrial tasks, has closed a Series C round worth a nine-figure RMB sum. Qianggang Capital Fund led the round, with GIG Capital Group, Sealand Innovation, and Juntong Capital participating, while existing investor Fosun RZ Capital increased its stake. The company builds robots for applications including ship hull maintenance, oil and gas facilities, wind farms, and building facades. RobotPlusPlus said the funding will support global expansion and the development of embodied intelligence.
  • AbsolQuanta, a Shenzhen-based developer of standardized equipment for neutral-atom quantum computing, has completed two angel rounds worth eight-figure RMB sums. Oriza Hua and SpinQ jointly led its angel round, while Zhongying Capital led the follow-on round. Jolmo Capital, Vertex Ventures China, CF Capital, Fountainbridge Capital, and Lumind also participated. The company, founded in March, is starting with cold atom systems and aims to replace custom laboratory setups with standardized equipment producible at scale. The proceeds will support facility construction, hiring, and core product development. 36Kr
  • Nexphoton, a Wuhan-based developer of optical circuit switch (OCS) systems for data centers, has raised an eight-figure RMB sum in a pre-Series A round. Addor Capital led the round, with Youshan Capital and Jianhua Investment participating. Founded in September 2025, Nexphoton uses a MEMS (microelectromechanical) micromirror architecture for its OCS systems and said its core team has experience producing thousands of such systems for domestic and international customers. The funding will be used for OCS product development, establishing production capabilities, and expanding the team. 36Kr
  • Forge, an embodied intelligence solutions developer, has completed an eight-figure RMB angel round. TusStar VC and other institutions invested in the round. Founded this year, Forge is developing an architecture that combines what it calls a semantic world model with a learning system designed to transfer skills across robot forms and operating environments. The proceeds will support core technology R&D, team expansion, and commercial validation in selected applications. 36Kr
  • Feat Intelligent, a Shaoxing-based developer of robots and automated assembly lines for aerospace manufacturing, has raised an eight-figure RMB sum. Goldport Capital and Zhejiang University Holding Group led the round, with Zhongfu Venture Capital, Jinke Tongchuang, Nantong Jianghai Talent Angel Investment Fund, and angel investors participating. The company’s systems cover aerospace manufacturing processes including drilling, riveting, gluing, polishing, and inspection. Feat Intelligent said its equipment is used in the production of China’s C919 passenger aircraft. 36Kr
  • Galaxy Turing, a space computing company developing AI models designed to operate aboard satellites, has completed angel and pre-Series A rounds totaling a nine-figure RMB sum within two months. KylinHall Partners led the financing, with Haizhu City Construction Development Group, Fresh Capital, Elevation China Capital, Knowledge City Investment Group, and ChiFu Capital participating. Established in May, Galaxy Turing is developing models that can train and perform inference using space-generated data, targeting in-orbit computing and remote sensing applications. 36Kr
  • Xijia Medical, a science AI company that generates individualized brain network maps from MRI data, has completed an eight-figure RMB pre-Series A round. Guozhong Capital led the financing, with Wuxi Capital Group, Triwise Capital, Huichuang Medical Equipment, and Richen Capital participating. Founded in 2019, Xijia Medical combines AI, cloud computing, and brain connectomics for applications including neurosurgical planning, neuromodulation, and brain-computer interface electrode placement. The proceeds will fund clinical research, market expansion, and product development. 36Kr
  • Deep Material, a developer of AI systems for metal materials R&D, has completed a nearly RMB 100 million (USD 14.9 million) Series A+ round. Existing investor Source Code Capital and new investor Jolmo Capital jointly led the financing, with Yichen Capital and others participating. The company combines AI models, materials data, and automated experimentation to develop high-performance metal materials. It said nearly 20 new materials developed through its system have been released, with several entering mass production. The proceeds will support development of its M-Loop intelligent system, expansion of its automated M-Lab experimentation platform, accumulation of materials data, and construction of a distributed laboratory network. 36Kr
  • Rye Robotics, a developer of autonomous commercial mowing robots for golf courses, has raised an eight-figure RMB sum in an angel round from Yuda Investment. Founded in 2022, the company develops robots for maintaining golf fairways and other turf areas. Its Boulder F1 fairway mower was launched in September 2025 and is being sold in China, Japan, and South Korea, while Rye Robotics works on certification and distribution in Europe and the US. The proceeds will be used to establish overseas sales and service teams and develop machines for greens, roughs, and other more demanding mowing applications. 36Kr
  • ExploMar, a developer of high-performance electric propulsion systems for boats, has raised nearly RMB 100 million in a Series A round. jointly led by Delian Capital, Changshu Guofa Venture, and Suzhou Capital, with 37 Interactive Entertainment and existing investor DCM Ventures participating. ExploMar was founded in 2021 and will use the proceeds to support its global distribution network, overseas experience centers, and international service and parts infrastructure. DCM has now backed the company in three consecutive rounds. 36Kr

Tevo, N&E Innovations, Lightsage, and others made recent headlines:

  • Tevo, a Vietnam-based company, secured USD 10 million in non-dilutive user acquisition financing from Singapore-based PvX Partners.
  • N&E Innovations, a Singapore-based biotech company, raised approximately USD 1.7 million in a Series A round led by Tundra Capital. SGInnovate, Radical Fund, Archipelago VC, and SG7 Group also participated, alongside existing backers Cercano, Seeds Capital, Elev8 Capital, and Qian Hu Corporation.
  • Lightsage, a Singapore-founded startup, raised USD 4 million in a round led by Nexus Venture Partners.
