Mixue pilots freshly ground coffee

Mixue Bingcheng is piloting freshly ground coffee in selected stores, people close to the company said. The trial includes automatic coffee machines, new coffee drinks, and upgraded beans and milk. Most Mixue outlets previously served drip-style coffee made from coffee powder rather than freshly ground beans.
