Global AR smart glasses shipments grew 98% in 2025, with a 148% increase in the second half of the year, according to Counterpoint Research. RayNeo led the video-based segment with a 42% market share, while waveguide-based glasses saw a 600% surge, accounting for 38% of the total market. AI-enabled devices represented 70% of waveguide shipments in the second half.
